Sabor es Morelos, celebrating in the month of December in "El Corredor Hidalgo" and the Plancha of the capital's zócalo, is the most important gastronomic festival in Morelos. Free event, for all public.

About the event
"Sabor es Morelos", has been held since 2009 as a business initiative which is supported by CANIRAC, which is the National Chamber of the Restaurant and Seasoned Food Industry, the Festival is carried out by the State Government together with the restaurant sector.
150 exhibitors will participate in the Festival, which are from municipalities such as Temixco, Xochitepec, Atlatlahucan, among others, and who will be located in the different pavilions:
- Flavor Pavilion is Morelos. Where 10 traditional cooks from all areas of the State of Morelos prepare traditional dishes with ingredients from Morelos lands.
- Gastronomic Pavilion. Where Restaurants, Cafeterias, Bakeries and Gastronomy Schools are in charge of delighting visitors with Mexican and international food, offering tastings of each place.
- "Pride Morelos" Pavilion. With 30 companies proudly from Morelos. Where we will be included.
- Craft Beer Pavilion. Where local producers and international beer distributors will offer beer tasting.
